Today, pre-season camps are an important part of the sports program for professional and amateur fencers around the world. The right strategic planning in the beginning of the season can prepare you to create competitive advantage and achieve your goals.
At our camp in Miami, we will focus on how to prepare physically and mentally for the start and end of the season, training and competition. You will learn how to plan your fencing activities depending on your goals, needs and actual condition.Â

Everyone who loves fencing as we do is welcome to our camp. The main age group expected is 12-18 yo.
- Fencing uniform (pants, jacket, electric jacket for foil, plastron, glove) P.S. all equipment should be functional (According to the rules of US fencing!)
- Weapons (at least 3)
- Body wires (at least 2)
